Keeping Your Student Fit & Healthy

Hi Folks,

Given the much higher level of students with on-line school this school year, the below link only details some of the observed behaviors and pitfalls that students face when on-line for long periods of each day, but also it points out actions that parents can take to counter these potential negative effects. Three recommendations include regular exercise, a full night’s sleep, and even a family meal together each day can significantly reduce or eliminate these negative health risks to our children.
